Transport Phenomena in physics, represents any of the phenomena involving the movement of various entities, such as mass, momentum, or energy, through a medium, fluid or solid, by virtue of nonuniform conditions existing within the medium. In this course, momentum transfer, mass transfer, and heat transfer will be covered for incompressible fluids.

Chapter 1 will focus on the following topics:
- General concept of Transport Phenomena
- Similarity between momentum, energy, and mass transport processes.
- Derivation of general transport equations for momentum, energy, and mass transport.

In Transport Phenomena (TP), the systems will be discussed at a microscopic level which takes the kinetic motion of atoms such as velocity and momentum into account.

Reflection
Transport Phenomena which focuses on microscopic systems is quite complicated. This course involves a lot of mathematical applications and equations which we need to recall from the previous courses. Besides that, I realize that taking this course requires a lot of self-revision to understand the concept better.
We do not have a tutorial session for this week. Hopefully I could score well in this subject and also provide quality information in this portfolio.
